Last updated: September 3, 2026

The Authority Score™ ("we," "us," "our") operates the Authority Score platform and related marketing sites. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and authentication credentials managed by our auth provider.

  • Engagement data: email opens, clicks, assessment progress, and in-app activity.
  • Prospect data: for outbound research, publicly available professional information is collected to generate Authority Scores and outreach.

2. How we use your data

  • To deliver, maintain, and personalize the service and your 90-day transformation.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send nurture sequences, mission reminders, and product updates (with consent and an unsubscribe option).
  • To generate Authority Score assessments and AI coaching recommendations.
  • To analyze and improve product features and pipeline performance.

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: when you opt in to emails, assessments, or marketing.
  • Contract: to deliver the service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interest: for prospect research, fraud prevention, and product improvement, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation: for financial record-keeping and tax compliance.

4. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with sub-processors who support the service under data-processing terms. Our current sub-processors include our hosting platform (Base44), payment processor (PayPal), authorized Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets), and AI model providers. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
